Ingredients

 

14 oz canned tomato(es), no salt added
3 cup Old El Paso Spanish Rice
16 oz canned pinto beans
6 oz low-fat cheddar or colby cheese

Directions

 

mix tomatoes, beans and rice (with seasoning packet) together in dish, add 1/2 can of water. Cook 30 minutes in either microwave or oven. stir, add cheese at the end
