Ingredients

12 small corn tortilla(s)
3/4 cup onion(s)
1 or 2 Tbsp chili powder (to taste)
2 or 3 tsp ground cumin (to taste)
10 oz canned tomatoes with green chilis
10 oz Campbell's (U.S.) Select 98% Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
12 oz low-fat cheddar or colby cheese
16 oz canned pinto beans
4 item boneless chicken breast

Instructions

saute onion, then add precooked diced chicken, add chili powder and cumin, stir until chicken is well coated, cook about 3 minutes. in 13 x 9 pan, put a layer of tortillas, then layer chicken mixture, then the beans, then 1 cup cheese, then another layer of the corn tortillas, spread mushroom soup and tomatoes over top, sprinkle with cheese bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
