Veggie Chili

 

 

1 package Morningstar Farms Griller Crumbles

3 cans no salt-added tomato sauce

2 cans no salt-added kidney beans

1 onion (or more if you like it)

1 celery stalk

1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

garlic (to taste, I used about 1 tblsp)

hot sauce (to taste – I just poured quite a bit in)

red chili pepper powder (to taste – I put about a tblsp)

 

I used a crock-pot, but you can cook it on the stove in a BIG pot.   Put everything together and let it cook till it’s all warmed up and cooked through and the veggies have gotten a little soft.

 

Put some light cheese on top and eat up!!!
