Here is the recipe, but with the smaller
rolls and only about 1/2 of a chicken breast it worked out to closer to 3 or
3.5 points per sandwich. I also added about 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
I took 6 tbsp. of honey BBQ sauce, some Texas Pete, and
1 LB of boneless skinless chicken breasts, put them in my crockpot on low, and
left them for 4 hrs while I was at work. When I got home, I pulled the breast
meat apart - pulled BBQ is the best, dontcha know - until it was well-shredded,
mixed it up, and went for a long walk. When I came back an hour later, the meat
had absorbed much of the rest of the sauce so it was super-moist.
I took 1/4 of the BBQ, put it on a lite whole-wheat bun, and added a tablespoon
of sauce to make it a little moister. The point total for this delectable
delight, re: the recipe builder?
4 pts, with .5 for the extra tablespoon of sauce.
