1 16 oz container low fat sour cream
1 jar of salsa
1 package of taco seasoning
mix together serve with baked tortilla chips or homemade

Pita crisps
Cut pita bread into wedges, and open up,
spray with Pam and sprinkle seasonings on the pita. I use chili powder, garlic
powder a little salt and some Parmesan cheese, bake at 350 for about 6 -8
minutes until crisp and lightly browned. Nutrition value is dependent on the
brand of pita bread, but I am using the little rounds that are 70 calories for
4 rounds, which makes 16 pita crisps!!
