2 large baking potatoes
2-3 tbsp. Fat-free Ranch dressing
1-2 tsp. Olive Oil
or
5 lbs of baking potatoes
1 - 8oz bottle of Fat-free Ranch dressing
4 - tbsp. Olive Oil
used two baking sheets
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, Lightly coat a non-stick baking sheet with olive oil (2 sheets for 5 lbs.)
Cut potatoes into wedges (the widest part should not exceed 1/2 inch) Lightly brush all sides of each wedge with the Ranch Dressing. Place potatoes, in a single layer, on the the oiled baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, turn, then bake an additional 10 minutes or until well-browned and cooked through.
