Cold Sesame Noodles

- thin spaghetti, cooked and tossed with sesame oil – chill
- cucumber peeled and sliced lengthwise, take out seeds an chop
- sprouts, blanched lightly
- green onion, celery, romaine lettuce chopped
Put all vegetables in separate bowls
Soy vinegar sauce:
- ¼ C light soy sauce
- ¼ C vinegar
- 2 T sesame oil
- 2-3 t Sugar
Peanut Sauce:
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1 T oil
- 1 T sesame oil
- 2 T dark soy sauce
- 2 t sugar
To serve:
Fill bowl with noodles, garnish with chopped veggies, add both or either
sauce and stir
